Padlo is an AI-powered micro-learning platform that generates personalized educational content. The Service uses artificial intelligence to create lessons, quizzes, and interactive visualizations tailored to your learning preferences.

To use Padlo, you must sign in using Google OAuth. By signing in, you agree to:
- Provide accurate account information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

Padlo uses artificial intelligence (including OpenAI models) to generate educational content. While we strive for accuracy:
- AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
- Content is provided for educational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice
- We do not guarantee the completeness or correctness of any AI-generated material
- You should verify important information from authoritative sources
6. Intellectual Property
The Padlo platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Padlo. AI-generated course content created for your account is provided for your personal educational use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit platform content without permission.
7. Email Communications
By using the Service, you may receive educational emails including session summaries and learning reminders. You can opt out of all emails at any time through the Settings page or by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Padlo and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data or reliance on AI-generated content.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the Service or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.
